What does “retention” mean?
Retention controls how long we keep your uploads and generated ZIPs before automatic deletion. Free is 12 hours; Pro is 48 hours; Studio is 5 days by default.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe and can be managed from Billing inside the app.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Payments are handled by Stripe; we only store customer/subscription identifiers needed for entitlements.
Does Pro include “scoring” for PDFs and PPTX?
Pro supports progress/completion tracking for PDFs and PPTX packages. Quiz-style scoring overlays are MP4-only (Quiz Studio).
