What SCORM Converter does and what you can upload.
What file types can I convert?
Free supports MP4. Pro and Studio support MP4, PDF, and PPTX.
What SCORM versions are supported?
Free exports SCORM 1.2. Pro and Studio export SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (4th Edition).
Is the preview safe to run in the browser?
Yes. The preview is sandboxed in an iframe and is designed to avoid executing untrusted user-provided JavaScript.
Tracking & LMS behavior
How progress, completion, and quizzes behave in embedded LMS launches.
Does “watch percentage” count if learners scrub?
No. Video progress is based on unique time watched; scrubbing/seek jumps do not count as progress in most LMS environments.
Do quiz overlays work for PDFs and PPTX?
Not yet. Quiz Studio overlays are MP4-only so exported interactions map cleanly to video playback.
Why isn’t progress saving in my LMS?
Some LMS environments restrict embedded storage or third-party cookies. If progress is not saving, allow cookies for embedded content and avoid private browsing modes.
Retention & deletion
How long uploads and generated ZIPs are kept before automatic deletion.
How long are my files kept?
Uploads and generated ZIPs are automatically deleted after your plan’s retention window (12 hours Free / 48 hours Pro / 5 days Studio).
Can files be deleted sooner?
Yes. Files may be deleted sooner for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
Billing & plans
Subscriptions, cancellation, and payments.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe and can be managed from Billing inside the app.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Payments are handled by Stripe; we only store customer/subscription identifiers needed for entitlements.
